Pre-Order Policy

When ordering a Pre-Order item, all other items in the cart will be shipped along with the Pre-Order item. If your Pre-Order item is to ship in 5 weeks, that means all other items in your cart will also ship in 5 weeks. If you would like your remaining items to arrive sooner, please create a new cart to make a separate purchase.

 

Please keep in mind Pre-Order purchases will be charged immediately to your given payment method upon purchase. You may request your Pre-Order item(s) be cancelled any time until it is shipped, but cancellations will be subject to a 6% cancellation fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount. This is to cover a payment processing fee that we are charged with when the transaction was originally made.
